Technical parameters of the equipment

1. The inner size of a single oven is D600*W600*H600mm (multiple groups of ovens are stacked according to the user's calibration requirements)

2. Furnace temperature: 50°C-250°C can be adjusted, shell temperature: the temperature of the outer wall of the furnace does not exceed room temperature +15°C;

3. The temperature fluctuation is ±1 °C, the temperature difference in the furnace is ± 3 °C, and the inner tank has a large air volume and hot air circulation.

4. Power supply: three-phase five-wire system, 380V, 50HZ, single power 5KW

5. Heating source: electricity, the furnace is equipped with an annular conveyor belt, and the product is conveyed in a circular shape

6. Docking with the demand-side robot to grab the product, and automatically slide up and down to open the door
