Equipment Technical Parameters

1. The internal dimensions of a single chamber of the dryer are D1500*W1500*H2800mm, divided into left, middle, and right compartments (customized based on user requirements).

2. Temperature range: adjustable from 50℃ to 120℃, and the shell temperature should not exceed room temperature +15℃.

3. Temperature fluctuation ±1℃, temperature difference inside the dryer ±3℃. The interior chamber has a large air volume with a circulating hot air system.

4. Power supply: three-phase five-wire system, 380V, 50HZ; heating source: 3-5kg of steam, with liquid blocking at the bottom.

5. Each chamber can hold one to four 200L oil drums, and all six compartments can hold 24 drums.

6. The shell and interior chamber are made of SUS304 stainless steel.

7. Widely used in drying, dehydration, curing, sulfurization, and constant temperature processes in industries such as automotive parts, plastics, hardware, electronics, and chemical products.
