Equipment Technical Parameters

1. Inner cavity dimensions of the oven: D2600*W3000*H2800mm (customized according to user calibration requirements).

2. Temperature control: adjustable from 50℃ to 120℃, outer shell temperature: not exceeding room temperature +15℃.

3. Temperature fluctuation ±1℃, temperature difference inside the furnace ±3℃, with a large air volume hot air circulating in the inner chamber.

4. Power supply: three-phase five-wire system, 380V, 50HZ, heating source: 3-5kg steam, with a floor-standing structure.

5. The furnace can hold 8 pallets (4 pieces of 200L drums per pallet), totaling 32 drums.

6. The outer shell is treated with 2mm thick cold-cooling high-temperature electrostatic spraying, and the inner chamber is made of SUS304 stainless steel.

7. Widely used for drying, dehydration, curing, vulcanization, constant temperature maintenance, and other industries, such as automotive parts, plastics, hardware, electronics, and chemical products.
