Equipment technical parameters

1. The inner dimensions of the oven are L40000*W8000*H2800mm, divided into three temperature zones (customized according to user calibration requirements)

2. Oven temperature: adjustable from 40℃ to 80℃, outer shell temperature: the outer wall temperature of the furnace shall not exceed room temperature + 15℃;

3. Temperature fluctuation is ±1℃, temperature difference in the furnace is ±5℃, and hot air circulation with large air volume in the inner tank.

4. Power supply: three-phase five-wire system, 380V, 50HZ;

5. Heating source: 3-5kg steam, 4 conveyor belts in the inner tank, and the conveyor trolley for baking

6. Use 75mm thick warehouse board for on-site construction
